Bristol is the ideal gateway for exploring Somerset and Exmoor – you can hike through green valleys and ancient trails, sample cream teas at charming tea shops, relax in sun-soaked beer gardens, explore rocky beaches and towering cliffs, and witness night-time displays of stars in Exmoor’s Dark Sky Reserve.

This supremely comfortable and modern Weinsberg CaraBus 600K allows campers to get off-the-beaten-track without compromising on comfort, allowing year-round, all-terrain adventures. The two transverse double bunk beds easily accommodate four people but, if not all the beds are needed, then they can be removed to allow for extra luggage space. Named ‘Teri’, this mint green 1979 VW camper has been well looked after; it is in excellent condition, and beautifully fitted-out, with custom units, vibrant upholstery and a pop-up top for sleeping two (as well as space for another two to sleep below). Built for leisurely journeys rather than serious off-roading, this camper is great for exploring the lochs and countryside around Glasgow at a relaxed pace.

Sleek Jeep Wrangler with top of the range tech and tent box sleeping two – based in Kirkstall, Yorkshire
