Carol Gardner has a long and varied business career, 25 years of which were with VFB Holidays in Cheltenham where she held a series of senior management roles, the most recent of which was Operations and HR Director running a staff of 50+ at its height.  An ardent francophile, she is able to provide a wide range of general business and HR advice to Travel PR.
