Crisis communications

We are experienced practitioners of media handling in a crisis situation, having handled two very high profile cases, in Yemen and in the Belgian Congo/Rwanda. The Yemen crisis culminated with us organising a major, live press conference at London's Gatwick airport for the returning former hostages, chaired by Managing Director Sue Ockwell and attended by 12 TV crews and 120 press. Sue Ockwell is involved regularly in crisis training activities, such as presentations to CIMTIG and AITO Specialist Travel Agent conferences on crisis handling, and crisis management training seminars. Travel PR is retained by several specialist tour operators solely on the basis of handling the media should a crisis arise.
