The UK’s leading independent cottage holiday company, Classic Cottages, has been recognised as one of the top two self-catering companies in the UK by consumer guide ‘Which?’

A survey of more than 2,600 Which? members, who named over 400 different agencies both in the UK and abroad, awarded Classic Cottages an excellent customer score of 89%.

Based in Helston, South West Cornwall, the company’s high customer score means that it is now one of only two self-catering companies in the UK to gain the accolade of being a Which? recommended provider.

Witness the iconic Olympic torch during a West Country cottage stay

The Olympic torch is set for an epic once-in-a-lifetime journey across England in May 2012. Setting off from Land’s End on 19 May, the torch relay route will visit 1,018 places in 70 days, including an abundance of hotspots across the South West of England.
