What people say...

Derek Moore, AITO Chairman

Travel PR seems to have an innate understanding of what makes AITO tick and a sense of what beats at the heart of AITO. This leads to swift, in depth, intuitive cover from Travel PR staff whenever an AITO issue needs attention. It is the longevity of association between Travel PR, Sue Ockwell in person and AITO, together with Sue and her team's unique inside knowledge, that makes for such a rich relationship between us.

Freelancer, Will Gray (Author of Travel With Kids; writer for national press and magazines including The Sunday Times)

Travel PR is always my first point of contact when compiling round-ups, sourcing information for fact boxes or seeking inspiration for features. Not only have they got a diverse range of clients but I’m always amazed how quickly they get back to me. They’re an indispensable ally in the battle against impossible deadlines!

Specialist - we work with the travel industry and closely-associated sectors such as leisure and property

Crisis management - proven, practical experience. Probably the most experienced agency in the UK, following two high-profile cases and a major, live press conference at London's Gatwick airport, attended by 12 TV crews and 120 press

Intelligent PR - strategic planning and targeting

Focused - personal attention, with clear goals: increasing business and profitability for your organisation

How do we achieve excellence?

Travel PR staff have all travelled extensively and many come from travel industry backgrounds, although most account handlers also have useful PR experience from other industries, which is essential in terms of ideas-broking and contacts.

Travel PR has an excellent knowledge of the key travel-oriented media and well-established relationships with key travel editors and freelancers who work in the UK media.

Many of the travel media are personal friends. Such personal links are an important part of our armoury in helping our clients to gain above-average results in the media.

Travel PR prides itself on its strong creative ability to work from raw information to generate media interest.

Our crisis management expertise is based on practical experience, not just theory, and has been proved to work.

Attention to detail in all aspects of PR means that journalists trust us to get them what they want and clients are confident that their messages are clearly delivered.
